Our wine journey continues—this time to Southern Italy.
Join us for an evening designed around the depth, warmth, and character of Italy’s southern regions. From the volcanic soils of Campania to the coastal influences of Puglia and Sicily, this experience highlights wines shaped by sun, sea, and tradition.
Throughout the night, you’ll be guided through a curated selection of wines, each paired with a thoughtfully designed course that brings balance and intention to every pour.
This is a seated, multi-course dinner where each pairing builds on the last—creating a progression meant to be enjoyed from start to finish.
